GovCode is a digital government services platform that streamlines citizen access to public-sector workflows. It features authentication, document management and service requests, with an admin dashboard for oversight.
02 The challenge
GovCode has two audiences: citizens, who get a service request portal, and administrators, who get an oversight dashboard. Multi-role authentication covers both.
Document management is part of the platform, on a Prisma schema over PostgreSQL.
